Peter McCoskrie

Peter is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Hamilton office.

Peter has over nine years’ local authority experience from his role as Team Leader of the Regulatory team at Matamata- Piako District Council (MPDC) and five years consultancy experience with TPG. 

Peter has prepared, processed and managed a diverse range of resource consent applications as well as several Notice of Requirements for private clients and on behalf of Council. Peter has developed excellent relationships with key clients and has achieved considerable success in negotiating transactions for a broad range of significant projects.

Peter is a skilled communicator that can confidently engage with a diverse range of clients, Council staff and other key project stakeholders.
