Amber Underwood

Amber is a Corporate Counsel at TPG’s Christchurch office.

Amber graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws and was subsequently admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Originally joining TPG as a graduate Property Consultant in 2023, Amber has worked on numerous Projects, gaining knowledge and experience in the property sector. Through her background in law, Amber brings an understanding of legislation and case law to her role. Amber transitioned to TPG’s legal team in 2026.

During her time at TPG, Amber has worked closely with a number of Government organisations and our local authority clients to provide quality service that is tailored to each client’s needs. Her attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to deal with complex land matters has made her an invaluable member of the TPG team.
