Steve Donaldson

Steve is a Senior Property Consultant based in our Wellington office.

Joining TPG in 1999, Steve is a qualified valuer with over 43 years of experience in the property industry, specifically in the public sector. 

He has been involved in a wide range of property advisory services, specialising in property and easement acquisition, disposal, and lease consultancy advice. He also has expertise in project management roles and staff training associated with the implementation and ongoing management of these types of projects.

Steve is a skilled negotiator and experienced in liaising with property related experts, engineers and planners.
