Sarah Sandilands

Sarah is a Senior Planner based at TPG’s Palmerston North Office.

Sarah has over 6 years’ experience in regional and environmental planning in local government roles. She has experience in both regional consent application processing and decision-making and has prepared evidence and appeared as an expert witness at Council-level hearings and pre-hearing meetings. Sarah is also an accredited independent RMA commissioner.

Sarah also has experience working with iwi and hapū in resource management processes and directing and assistance applicants with consultation and engagement.

In her role with TPG, Sarah provides planning assessments and due diligence reports, preparing resource consent applications on behalf of private clients and local and central government authorities. Sarah also provides assistance with district plan review and policy services.
