Joanna Cassidy

Jo is a Senior Corporate Counsel based at TPG’s Napier office, and in conjunction with the other members of the legal team is responsible for providing legal services in the Hawke’s Bay/Manawatu region. Jo is also the Manager- Legal Executive Team for TPG’s nationwide legal team.

After graduating in 1992, Jo worked at a local law firm in the property team before spending seven years with an Auckland firm as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team.

Jo deals with legal issues arising at all levels, providing valuable support to TPG’s central operations. She is able to apply a variety of legal skills in property and land law, specifically the Public Works Act 1981 and other associated legislation to TPG’s core business.

Jo has formed strong relationships with a number of external clients and contributed various legal services to a wide range of projects.
