Francine Benefield

Francine is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Hamilton office.

Francine joined TPG in 2014 after spending over three years managing roughly 180 volunteers with the Department of Corrections. Francine was also a Registered Legal Executive for four years, working mainly in conveyancing. While she was working in the law firm, she studied extramurally through Massey University to pursue her passion in property. She gained a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Valuation and Property Management in 2011.

Francine strives for excellence and looks forward to working to provide solutions for our clients. Francine’s key strengths lie in her analytical skills, her legal background as well as her experience working with a diverse range of people from multicultural backgrounds, varied professions, and all walks of life. This has provided her with excellent skills in team building, negotiation and communication.

Francine enjoys the challenges associated with disposal work and being Māori, has a strong interest in dealing with Māori land matters.

Francine is from the Tai Tokerau region and is of Ngāti Kuri, Te Rarawa and Ngāpuhi descent.  She is passionate about engaging with iwi and continuing with her journey in Te Reo Māori, Tikanga Maori and Te Ao Māori.
