Claudia Perkins

Claudia is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Christchurch Office. 

Through her role at TPG, Claudia is developing her skills and expanding her knowledge in the property sector, with a primary focus on the acquisition and disposal of land. 

Claudia graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management where she acquired fundamental understanding across various aspects of the property industry. Claudia’s work experience in property development, combined with her academic understanding, brings a valuable mix of practical expertise and foundational knowledge to contribute to the team's success.
