Peter McCoskrie

Peter is the Planning Manager – Waikato and Bay of Plenty based at TPG’s Hamilton office and works in both the Waikato and Bay of Plenty Regions.

Peter has over nine years’ local authority experience from his role as Team Leader of the Regulatory team at Matamata- Piako District Council (MPDC) and five years consultancy experience with TPG. Peter has also held a Senior Planner and Principal Planner role during his time at TPG.

Peter has prepared, processed and managed a diverse range of resource consent applications as well as several Notice of Requirements for private clients and on behalf of Council. Peter has developed excellent relationships with key clients and has achieved considerable success in negotiating transactions for a broad range of significant projects. Peter is a skilled communicator that can confidently engage with a diverse range of clients, Council staff and other key project stakeholders.
