Rachel is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG's Wellington office. Rachel joined TPG in 2011 in the Palmerston North office, and is a Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) accredited supplier responsible for ensuring that Crown Property transactions are undertaken in accordance with LINZ standards and guidelines.
Rachel has extensive knowledge in dealing with public and private land, having completed numerous disposal projects for Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency (Waka Kotahi). Rachel was transferred to the Wellington office in 2016, where her project involvement includes providing due diligence, strategic advice, feasibility studies, and ensuring her clients have reliable advice to make informed decisions.
Rachel has developed a strong knowledge of Crown Property disposal activities, having been involved in a number of significant disposal projects throughout the Central region. As a result of this, in 2016 Rachel was appointed as TPG’s Central Region Disposals Contract Manager for Waka Kotahi Disposals, where she manages workload allocation, client liaison and disposal actions and is the contract representative between Waka Kotahi and TPG for all disposals within the central region.
Rachel is also TPG’s Contract Manager for the Ministry of Education (MoE) National Easement Portfolio, where she carries manages workload allocation, client liason and is the key contact representative between TPG and MoE for this portfolio. Rachel currently stands on the Property Institute of New Zealand’s Wellington Branch Committee.
