Nick Birdsall

Nick is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Hamilton office.

Nick works primarily in the local government environment, providing support for several local authorities within the Waikato region.

Nick joined TPG in 2018, bringing a background in rural valuation including work relating to statutory, public works, Treaty of Waitangi settlement and financial reporting valuation. He has served the Land Valuation Tribunal as an expert witness and remains an active member of the Property Institute of New Zealand, currently serving on the Waikato Branch committee, previously as Branch Chair.
