Yvonne is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Palmerston North office.

Yvonne has qualifications in valuation and property management and is a Crown Accredited Supplier with over 29 years’ experience in infrastructure property consulting work.

Yvonne has extensive experience in dealing with public and private land tenure issues, preparing property cost/feasibility estimates, land acquisition and disposal strategy documents, due diligence of land matters for asset transfers and undertaking negotiations to acquire and dispose of land for utility and infrastructure projects.
