Tiana-mya So'oialo

Tiana-mya is TPG's People and Culture Coordinator based at the Wellington office.

As TPG's People and Culture Coordinator, Tiana-mya plays a key role in supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Drawing on her recruitment background, she has a strong understanding of internal and external relationships, as well as the employee journey from initial start through to development. Tiana-mya completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Commercial Law and Human Resources, at Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington.

Tiana-mya is passionate about supporting a thriving organisation, where employees feel connected, supported, and empowered to work well together. It is a personal privilege for her to champion wellbeing and diversity throughout TPG.
