Melanie McCrone

Melanie is Senior Corporate Counsel based at TPG’s Christchurch office.

Joining TPG in 2014, Melanie leads the South Island legal team and is responsible for providing high quality legal services to TPG in conjunction with other members of the legal team. She provides legal advice on all aspects of the Public Works Act 1981 (PWA) and other legislation associated with TPG’s core business.  

Melanie has a wide range of experience advising on all aspects of property and public works, with particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, easements, reserves and leasing. Melanie is also responsible for the drafting and review of legal documents and providing legal input to achieve pragmatic solutions for clients.
