Natalie is a Senior Property Consultant in our Nelson office. She loves working in a regional office and the lifestyle it offers, without compromising on career opportunities. Natalie stays closely connected to colleagues and clients across New Zealand through national project teams and the relationships she has built across TPG.

Natalie is ambitious and motivated to keep growing. She has embraced the opportunities available to her, progressing to Senior Consultant through the career framework, completing our in-house leadership development programme and recently stepping into people leadership for the first time.

The variety of consulting keeps Natalie engaged. Changing legislation, government priorities and client challenges mean there is always something new to learn. Direct feedback and support from experienced colleagues have helped her build confidence and capability quickly.
