Emma is a Senior Property Consultant in the Nelson region and has been with TPG for 12 years. For Emma, learning has always happened through people. The knowledge and support of colleagues have helped her grow into a trusted technical expert, and she now enjoys sharing that experience with others.

Emma values the lasting impact of property work. She enjoys seeing projects become part of everyday life and is interested in the stories the work can uncover, from historic Public Works Act records to niche legislation. The variety and complexity of the work continue to challenge and motivate her.

Trust and flexibility are big reasons Emma has stayed with TPG. When she returned from parental leave and needed flexibility, her manager supported her to make it work. Now balancing consulting with life on a farm in Marlborough and raising a young family, Emma leads projects across the South Island and supports property teams nationwide.
