Supporting you as planning requirements change

Proposed legislative changes, including the recently announced Planning Bill, place a central focus on effective spatial planning. Councils will be required to show, with data, where growth can go, when, and how it will be serviced.

Our property, planning and GIS specialists work together to make sure your spatial plan is realistic, fundable and deliverable, and we can advise and support councils to plan for and adapt to the changing planning rules.
