Terri is Planning Manager - Waikato and Bay of Plenty, based at TPG’s Tauranga office.

With 14 years’ experience in environmental planning and resource management, she provides strategic and practical advice across district and regional consenting, with particular strength in large‑scale land development, stormwater management and complex infrastructure.

Terri has led TPG’s Waikato and Bay of Plenty planning teams since November 2025, guiding delivery across multiple councils and private‑sector clients. She is known for building high‑performing teams, designing fit‑for‑purpose consenting pathways, and navigating complex regulatory frameworks to achieve timely, cost‑effective outcomes.
