Steven Ramanlal

Steven is a Planning Consultant based at TPG’s Wellington office.

Steven has over 2 years of experience as a Resource Consent Planner for a local council, where he processed land use, subdivision, and designation applications under the Resource Management Act (RMA), District Plan, and other related submissions. He also contributed to developing plans and strategies across various domains, including social, economic, environmental, climate, infrastructure, and regulatory services.

Steven is responsible for preparing planning assessments and due diligence reports, as well as resource consent applications on behalf of TPG's clients.
