Sarah Busuttin

Sarah is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Palmerston North office.

With a strong background in the acquisition and disposal of land for a range of different agencies including Local Territorial Authorities, Regional Authorities, New Zealand Defence Force, Ministry of Education and the Crown, Sarah provides clients strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of property within the sectors.

Prior to joining TPG in 2021, Sarah worked with a valuation firm where she was involved in the Statutory and Private Valuation Sectors, preparing both in-depth valuation reports for selling, buying, finance and insurance purposes, advisory and asset work as well as rating valuations.

Sarah’s background as a registered valuer enhances her role as a consultant, providing her with a strong understanding of property market demand and drivers.
