Sam Nicholls

Sam is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Christchurch office.

Sam joined TPG in 2025 as part of the Graduate Development Programme after completing his Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University, majoring in Urban Valuation with a minor in Marketing

Sam has experience in commercial property through previous roles as a Valuer's Assistant and an intern in Commercial Property Management.
