Natasha Le’Surf

Natasha is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Wellington Office.

Natasha has over 8 years of experience in the property industry, from starting her property career in Liverpool in the residential development sector with a market leading UK property developer, to Property and Operations Management in New Zealand.  Natasha is experienced in strategy, analysis of business processes, management of policies and procedures.

Starting at TPG in 2023, Natasha is now TPG’s Contract Manager for the Ministry of Education (MoE) National Easement Portfolio, managing workload allocation, client liaison, deliverables of KPI requirements and acting as the key contract representative between TPG and MoE.

Natasha has been involved in multiple disposals for clients including NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) and NZ Police. Natasha is now heavily involved with the delivery of the Wellington NZTA Disposal Programme. Alongside disposal and contract lead work, Natasha has led projects including supporting Wairoa District Council in successful applications for Lottery Community Facilities Grants, as well as supporting our strategic property advisory clients, both locally and nationally.
