Natalie Ballard

Natalie is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Nelson Office.

Natalie has over four years of property experience primarily focused on residential letting and the property management sector. She moved back to New Zealand after seven years of working and living in the UK.

Now a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA), Natalie qualified for her technical award in 2019 whilst working as a Senior Lettings Consultant for the Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK’s largest national lettings experts. Natalie is passionate about the property industry and prides herself in providing outstanding service delivery to clients.

Prior to joining TPG, Natalie had experience in appraisals, valuation, and asset management within the residential lettings sector in the UK. Natalie also played a large role in the introduction of new business, and the building of long-term relationships with investors and local businesses. Natalie has expertise in the acquisition and disposal of land, advising on legal agreements for landowners and public and private clients, appraisals and valuation.
