Molly O'Sullivan

Molly is a Planning Consultant in TPG's Queenstown office.

Molly is a planning professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse project experience across the UK and internationally. She graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2022 with an integrated master's degree in Town and Regional Planning, completing a four-year programme that covered a broad range of planning disciplines. As part of her studies, she spent a semester in Western Australia, gaining valuable global insight into planning systems and environmental considerations.

After graduating, Molly worked for a private planning firm based outside of Manchester, where she contributed to a wide portfolio of projects. Her experience spans across small-scale residential applications, large housing developments, and commercial schemes for both private clients and major developers. Many of these projects required detailed consideration of heritage impacts, biodiversity and ecological matters, landscape and visual assessments, green infrastructure provision, and rural development issues.

Molly also has experience preparing and submitting representations on local and national planning policy, as well as monitoring policy changes and emerging plans on behalf of clients.
