Mazza is a Senior Property Consultant at TPG's Whangārei office.

Mazza has over 15 years of experience spanning infrastructure engineering, land acquisition, and statutory advisory. She brings a unique blend of technical and legislative expertise, having worked across local government and private consultancy on major infrastructure and urban development projects.

Mazza has strong capability in aligning engineering design with statutory frameworks under the Public Works Act, RMA, and LGA. Her experience includes infrastructure planning & design, land development engineering, and property advisory for local authorities and public agencies. She is known for her collaborative style, mediation capability, and a solution-focused approach that supports efficient delivery in complex environments.

Mazza is particularly passionate about supporting regional growth and enabling better project outcomes through early-stage strategy, risk analysis, and integrated land planning.
