Matthew Bannister

Matthew is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Christchurch office.

Prior to joining TPG, Matthew spent several years managing the negotiation of large and complex property acquisitions on behalf of property developers in New Zealand’s private sector. Matthew’s strengths include negotiations, property due diligence, property development, and property amalgamations.

With proven competence in both residential and commercial property in the private sector, Matthew draws on this experience alongside his knowledge of the Public Works Act to provide clients with commercially balanced advice. Matthew is also known for his pragmatic approach and problem-solving skills, and is often relied upon for delivery-focused projects.
