Matt Topham

Matt is a Property Consultant at TPG's Tauranga office.

Matt has more than 8 years of experience in the private commercial real estate sector in New Zealand and Australia, with expertise in lease and contract management, negotiation, and relationship management.

Matt has worked within in-house property management teams for both private property owners and corporate tenants, as well as working on a high-profile portfolio for a public client in Sydney. Through his experience in relationship management at a commercial property fund management organisation, Matt brings a thorough understanding of the importance of client/stakeholder engagement and clear communication.

Matt is developing his skills in the Public Works Act and providing his property expertise working with TPG's government and local authority clients.
