Marsha Badon
Marsha is a Principal Planner at TPG’s Auckland office.
Marsha has more than 15 years of international experience in public and private sectors, specialising in regional and urban planning, and providing high-quality spatial, strategic, investment, and policy advice.
Her input in two of New Zealand’s fastest-growing cities and a large consultancy working across New Zealand has delivered robust, evidencebased outcomes that guide sustainable growth. Marsha has developed and applied advanced methodologies and analytical tools to inform decisionmaking, integrating geospatial data; well-being indicators; and resilience approaches; to address emerging challenges and opportunities. Her experience includes responding to uncertainty, navigating legislative change and project and investment programming.
Marsha regularly collaborates with councils, government, iwi, developers, communities, providers, and private partners to deliver effective planning solutions. She combines strategic insight with attention to individual needs, quickly sets priorities to match organisational goals, and efficiently drives quality outcomes on schedule and to budget.
