Laurence Beckett

Laurence is a Principal Planner based at TPG’s Wellington office.

Laurence has over 20 years of experience as a consultant planner. He has worked on various land development projects ranging from residential and commercial subdivision, social housing, telecommunications infrastructure, roading and construction of multi-story buildings.

Laurence has experience processing resource consent applications on behalf of several councils in the Wellington Region as well as preparing resource consent applications to both regional and district/city councils on behalf of clients. Laurence also has experience preparing and presenting submissions for clients on proposed district and regional plan changes.

In his previous consultancy roles, Laurence worked across numerous development projects nationwide assisting clients with their projects through the consent process from inception to completion. Laurence has a proven track record working with a range of consultants in different disciplines, including architects, engineers and surveyors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
