Kenneth Cai

Kenneth is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Auckland office.

Kenneth has 10 years of experience working with large organisations, delivering various property advisory solutions. His career includes developing knowledge of the Public Works Act 1981, providing general advisory services, managing leases, network planning and improvement, as well as involvement in land acquisition and disposal across both public and private sectors.

Prior to joining TPG, Kenneth was involved with property acquisitions for Spark New Zealand, contributing to the planning and delivery of their 5G rollout programme and managing their cell tower, mobile site portfolio.
