Katrina Mortensen

Katrina is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Napier office.

Katrina has 13 years’ experience in the Share broking and Investment sector. Prior to 2021 Katrina focused on the private sector across large portfolios, protecting investor assets under the Residential Tenancies Act. Following this, she transferred to a Community Housing Provider, who’s purpose was supporting our Mental Health & Addiction communities under the umbrella of Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora.

Following the person and regional impact of cyclone Gabrielle in 2023, Katrina was motivated to transition to Hastings District Council, working within the Voluntary Buyout acquisition team, supporting landowners through the programme.

In her role at TPG, Katrina is involved with supporting Hawkes Bay Regional Council’s Land Access Programme.
