Kate Forrester

Kate is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Wellington office.

Kate joined TPG in 2026 as part of the Graduate Development Programme after completing her Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University, majoring in Urban Valuation and Property Management, with an additional major in Finance and a minor in Accounting.

Kate contributes property expertise to NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) projects and supports a wide range of TPG's government and territorial local authority clients.
