Karen Mackle

Karen is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Wellington office.

Karen provides strategic property advice to NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) and other key clients.  She has over nine years of experience within the property industry, dealing with residential tenancies and PWA Acquisition and Disposals and working on contract management, stakeholder engagement, identifying property risks, due diligence, and property negotiation.

Karen also has experience providing property advisory to a range of clients including Wellington Water, Ministry of Education and local councils.
