Karen provides strategic property advice to NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) and other key clients. She has over 13 years of experience within the property industry, dealing with residential tenancies and PWA Acquisition and
Disposals and working on contract management, stakeholder engagement, identifying property risks, due diligence, and property negotiation.

Karen’s experience involves presenting and communicating with both industry experts and landowners. She can effectively adjust her communication style to suit her audience and is well regarded for her ability to work to optimise outcomes for her clients using a forward thinking approach while effectively managing risks.
