Jesse Taylor

Jesse is the General Manager - Central, based at TPG’s Napier office. 

Jesse has been involved in the planning, negotiating, report preparation and property transactions associated with infrastructural projects, as well as investigating and determining history, ownership, and land use. Jesse is a Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) accredited supplier responsible for ensuring that Crown property transactions are undertaken in accordance with LINZ Standards and Guidelines. He has extensive knowledge in dealing with public and private land, having completed numerous acquisition and disposal projects for various clients.

Jesse has contributed to a variety of acquisition and disposal projects for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA), LINZ and local councils. Jesse has also completed various due diligence investigations. He has assisted NZTA, LINZ and various other Crown departments/agencies with disposal of a wide range of surplus Crown property, and provided property advice and services across a variety of acquisition projects and feasibility studies for NZTA and local councils.
