Isabel Bayley

Isabel is a Corporate Counsel based at TPG’s Wellington office. 

Isabel joined TPG in 2024 as a Graduate Property Consultant, where she primarily worked on the disposal of Crown land. Following her transition into the role of Corporate Counsel, Isabel is enthusiastic about developing her technical legal expertise, particularly in relation to acquisition and disposal processes under the Public Works Act 1981.

Isabel holds degrees in Law and Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington. Her academic background, combined with summer clerking experience in a property law team and prior work in a real estate agency, has provided her with a strong understanding of the property industry, supported by solid legal and commercial foundations.

Motivated and hardworking, Isabel brings a genuine passion for property and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to her work.
