Holly McIntee

Holly is a Senior Planning Consultant based at TPG’s Auckland office.

Holly joined TPG in 2019 and has a wide variety of experience, including preparing resource consent applications for residential and commercial developments, urban and rural subdivision applications, and processing resource consent applications on behalf of councils throughout the country.

Holly has a deep understanding of the Planning requirements that are applicable to social housing throughout New Zealand. Holly has solid experience working assisting the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and Kainga Ora with sourcing properties throughout New Zealand to be used for Transitional Housing.

With a Master of Planning Degree, Holly is a qualified planning professional with over seven years’ experience, who has worked in both the public and private sectors.
