Hannah Johnstone

Hannah is TPG’s Senior Advisor People and Culture, based at TPG’s Wellington.

Hannah has 10 years’ of experience working in the People & Culture space. She has exposed herself to varying environments – public and private sector, charity, and small start-ups – because she loves the challenge that comes with creating and nurturing positive employee experiences across different environments.

With an academic background in psychology, Hannah has a strong passion for workplace wellbeing. She supports employees and employers to work together to create a happy, safe, meaningful, and connected work environment. She strives for a workplace that feels good and functions well. Hannah also has extensive experience across graduate recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations.

As TPG’s Senior Advisor People and Culture, Hannah works in partnership with the National People and Culture Manager and the People and Culture Coordinator to contribute to the design and delivery of strategic and operational people initiatives that support TPG’s vision and purpose. Hannah also provides sound People and culture advice and guidance to the general management team and people leaders.
