Hamish Penrose

Hamish is a Property Consultant based at TPG's Wellington office.

Hamish has 5 years of experience in the property industry, ranging from commercial property management to public sector facility management.

Since joining TPG, Hamish has developed into a key technical asset for Crown disposal and land management projects. He has been developing his skills in dealing with public and private land, having worked on various Crown disposal, RMA subdivision, land management, and asset management projects for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA), New Zealand Police, Chorus New Zealand, and other public and private sector clients. Hamish is also the technical lead for the Ministry of Education (MoE) National Easement Portfolio.
