Haden is an accomplished property professional with over 20 years of experience between both the private and public sector, with a proven track record in property divestment, contract negotiation, and relationship management.

Haden combines expertise in property valuation, strategic sales, and information systems with strong leadership skills focused on transparency, equity, and relationship building.

Having previously led a national divestment program, completing hundreds of transactions totaling more than $470 million in reinvestment capital, he has extensive experience negotiating with iwi, government agencies, developers, and real estate professionals.
