Giles is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Auckland office.

Giles utilises his legal background to deliver quality advice and positive outcomes for a variety of public and private sector clients including Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, KiwiRail, NZDF, NZ Police, Genesis Energy and a range of territorial and regional authorities.

Giles has a strong aptitude for resolving complex property issues and engaging with relevant stakeholders in a pragmatic and efficient manner to deliver positive outcomes for our clients. In addition to working with our public works acquisition and disposal teams, Giles collaborates with several of TPG’s territorial and regional authority clients, offering a range of property-related advisory services, including advice and landowner negotiations related to vital regional water supply infrastructure.
