Gareth Nicholl

Gareth is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Napier office.

Gareth joined TPG in 2012. He is involved in acquisitions of property required for infrastructure projects, selling surplus Crown and Council properties, portfolio reviews, feasibility assessments for proposed developments and desktop value assessments.

Gareth is a former Registered Valuer with over 10 years’ valuation experience working with a wide range of property types including industrial, commercial, rural and residential, for both private and public sector clients, including numerous Public Works Act 1981 compensation assessments.
