Emma Williams

Emma is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Christchurch office.

Emma joined TPG after relocating from the UK. She has more than 10 years' experience in the commercial and residential property sector in the UK, where she gained Chartership and Registered Valuer status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

She has extensive experience in valuation, strategic asset management, disposals, property management and leasing/letting. In her role prior to joining TPG, Emma provided strategic valuation advice to private clients and public sector bodies, including acquiring authorities. Emma also has experience advising and delivering corporate asset strategy and management, including disposing of surplus land and property.

In her role at TPG, Emma focuses on the acquisition and disposal of assets in connection with public works and infrastructure projects.
