Emma Jenkins

Emma is a Senior Property Consultant at TPG's Christchurch office.

Emma specialises in strategic oversight and the delivery of projects across the South Island. With over 15 years' experience working as a Senior Project Manager on large and small-scale residential development and commercial construction projects, Emma is recognised for her ability to lead large-scale initiatives and drive outcomes that align with organisational and community goals.

In Emma's previous role, she was a key contributor to shaping redevelopment strategy across the South Island, aligning project outcomes with regional housing policy and funding frameworks. Leading a portfolio of over 600 housing redevelopment projects at all stages from feasibility and business case development through to delivery and completion, Emma led multi-disciplinary teams and mentored a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative culture and driving consistent delivery.

Emma is known for her strategic thinking and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders from government, private sector, industry, and the community.
