Emily is a Property Consultant at TPG's Palmerston North office.

Emily is a highly experienced property professional with over 11 years in the real estate sector. Holding a Branch Manager qualification, Emily has developed strong expertise in leadership, compliance, and business operations, alongside a proven record in management and client advisory services.

In her role at TPG, Emily is focused on property investigations, land title research and managing easements required by Powerco Limited for their customer work, which involves liaising with developers, surveyors and solicitors to ensure that easements are created for new electricity lines and works for customer developments. Emily also assists in the preparation of acquisition strategy and acquisition of property for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA), including the RoNS SH1 Wellington Improvements Project.

Emily applies a comprehensive understanding of the property sector to deliver strategic, evidence-based solutions for clients. She is committed to providing clear, professional guidance that supports informed decision-making and delivers positive outcomes for clients.
