Ella Jonker

Ella is a Senior Planner at TPG's Hamilton office.

Ella has nine years of policy planning and six years of consenting experience in both private and public sectors in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. Internationally, she has four years of consenting and ten years of project management experience.

Ella has extensive experience in advisory and regulatory planning, covering a comprehensive range of regional, land use, and subdivision consent applications across urban, rural, and coastal areas, as well as large-scale land development projects.

Ella also has experience overseeing planning, design and implementation of government subsidised infrastructure and housing projects, as well as an environmental rehabilitation project. This included managing internal and multi-disciplinary teams, community participation processes and committees, as well as management of external suppliers.
