Dean Askew

Dean is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Auckland office.

Dean commenced work for TPG in 2002 after spending six years working in the valuation industry. He achieved registration as a valuer in 1999 and has gained a broad range of knowledge in the valuation and property industries. Establishing solid relationships with landowners, clients and contractors is part of Dean’s day-to-day work. When meeting landowners for the first time as part of negotiations, it is important that a good relationship is established form the outset. Dean’s relationships are always based on trust and honesty.

The majority of Dean’s clients are Local Authorities and government agencies including Auckland Council, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and the Ministry of Education.
