David Hoffmann

David is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Wellington office.

David has over 35 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in the acquisition of property for Public Works projects, management and sale of surplus Government properties, and delivery of high-profile telecommunication infrastructure and electricity projects.

Prior to joining TPG, David was involved in the disposal of surplus New Zealand Post and New Zealand Railway properties for the Canterbury region - acquiring title, completing marketing, sale negotiations and settlement.

He was subsequently Administration Manager for Landcorp Investments Limited, overseeing a nationwide portfolio of lease, licence and mortgage assets and managing the sale of those assets to maximise return to the shareholder.
