Daniel Fitzpatrick

Daniel is a Property Consultant based at TPG’s Dunedin office.

Bringing experience in transport policy, planning, and regulatory processes from his time at Dunedin City Council, Daniel has a strong understanding of legislation such as the Resource Management Act and local bylaw frameworks. His background in environmental management and infrastructure planning enables him to navigate complex property transactions with confidence. 

In his role at TPG, Daniel focuses on land acquisition projects, collaborating closely with both public and private sector clients to deliver strategic property solutions. His ability to manage stakeholder relationships and interpret regulatory requirements makes him an invaluable member of the TPG team.
