Craig Sampson

Craig is our Chief Operating Officer, based at TPG’s Napier office.

Craig is an exceptional negotiator and portfolio manager with over 19 years’ experience in property. In 2010, Craig returned from London to Auckland and was TPG’s Regional Business Manager for the region. The main functions of this role were business development and client relationship management.

From 2016 to 2026, Craig was entrusted with the position of General Manager – Central North Island. Craig has overseen continued growth in both resources and the client base within region whilst encouraging and providing opportunities for the regional offices to collaborate together to provide excellent customer service.

In the last decade, Craig has honed his negotiation skills over diverse property transactions. He was heavily involved in negotiating the acquisition and disposal of land on behalf of the Crown, as well as Local Authorities and other corporate clients of TPG.

In London, Craig further enhanced his negotiating skills with his involvement in agreeing Supplier Contract Agreements, Management Agreements, Commercial Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals.
