Anna Krieger

Anna is a Senior Property Consultant based at TPG’s Hamilton office.

Anna commenced work for TPG in 2014 after spending approximately 10 years in the valuation industry, achieving registration as a valuer in 2008. She works on disposal and acquisition projects for both local authority and Crown clients and has also been involved in reviewing Local Authority Rating Valuation documentation. Anna is working as a Contract Manager for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Auckland NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Disposal programs. Her primary responsibilities involve monthly reporting, client management, resourcing, and financial management.

Anna has a reputation for forming enduring client relationships through consistent and reliable service delivery. She always ensures her clients’ needs and objectives are not only met but exceeded with any project she is involved in. Anna has a sound knowledge of residential and lifestyle valuation requirements and a broad understanding of the property industry.

Anna has previous experience as team leader of the Quotable Value Rating team. In charge of training, performance, staff and client management, KPIs, coordinating team maintenance activities, timetabling and ensuring revaluation audits are Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) approved.

Anna also has a background in property valuation reports within the residential and lifestyle markets, including subdivisions and investment property valuation.
